For certain water activities, ZenDive may ask participants to complete a medical questionnaire or participation suitability declaration where this is necessary to help ensure safe participation.

These documents are used only for the safe organization of the activity. They are not used for marketing purposes, and ZenDive does not use them to create a separate medical record system or health profile.

• information processed within the Molchanovs system for Molchanovs freediving courses,

ZenDive never shares its customer database for marketing purposes.

• Google Workspace,
• Google Sheets,

• communication applications used on the telephone.

Medical questionnaires and participation suitability declarations handled directly by ZenDive are retained in the email sent by the participant and kept separate from general customer records.

For Molchanovs freediving courses, the required medical questionnaire and related documents are processed and stored within the Molchanovs system.

Access is limited to the ZenDive operator, except where information must be shared to provide a service or comply with legal obligations.

7. How long do we keep your information?

Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• provide services,
• communicate with participants,
• comply with legal obligations,
• protect legitimate interests where applicable.

Participation suitability declarations and medical questionnaires are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for safety, legal or administrative purposes.

Where permitted by law, you may request the deletion of your personal information.

The ZenDive website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand website performance and improve the visitor experience.

These services do not use cookies and are designed with privacy in mind.

The ZenDive website does not currently use cookies or cookie-based analytics.
