1. What do these terms apply to?
These Participation Terms apply to all services organized directly by ZenDive, including but not limited to:
- freediving courses,
- water relaxation sessions,
- breath & relaxation workshops,
- coaching,
- retreats,
- and any other programs organized by ZenDive, unless different terms are provided for a specific event.
2. Booking
Participation in ZenDive programs requires prior booking.
A booking becomes confirmed only after it has been accepted by ZenDive.
Before confirming your booking, you will always receive information about the participation fee, payment terms, and any applicable booking fee or deposit.
3. Payment
The price of each program is communicated in advance.
Payments may currently be made by:
- bank transfer,
- Revolut,
- or cash,
unless another payment method has been agreed upon.
Payment arrangements may vary depending on the service. Any specific conditions will always be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
4. Cancellation by the participant
Cancellation terms may differ between programs.
Before confirming your booking, you will always be informed about the payment, cancellation and refund conditions that apply to the specific program.
5. Changes or cancellation by ZenDive
ZenDive may modify, postpone or cancel a program if reasonably necessary, for example due to:
- safety considerations,
- weather or environmental conditions,
- illness,
- insufficient participant numbers,
- or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
In such cases, ZenDive will always aim to provide a fair solution. This may include offering a new date, a partial or full refund, or another mutually agreed alternative.
6. Participation
ZenDive programs are generally intended for participants who are at least 18 years old, unless stated otherwise for a specific program.
By participating, you agree to:
- follow all safety instructions,
- follow the instructor's guidance,
- treat other participants, instructors, equipment and venues with respect,
- inform the instructor of any circumstance that could affect your own safety or the safety of others.
Safety is the highest priority during every program. If ZenDive considers it unsafe for a participant or for the group to continue, participation may be refused or ended.
7. Freediving programs
Before taking part in a freediving program, participants are required to complete the necessary liability release and medical questionnaire.
ZenDive follows internationally recognized freediving safety practices and may modify or stop any activity whenever necessary for safety reasons.
8. How programs are conducted
Every group, every participant and every environment is different.
Rather than following a fixed script, ZenDive adapts each program to the needs of the group and the circumstances of the day.
For this reason, the schedule, structure or individual elements of a program may change whenever necessary to provide the safest and best possible experience for everyone involved.
9. Photos and videos
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during ZenDive programs.
They will only be used with the participant's prior consent.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, simply let us know. This will not affect your participation in the program.
10. Responsibility
ZenDive organizes every program with great care and with safety as a priority.
Participants are responsible for their own decisions and are expected to follow the instructor's guidance throughout the program.
Nothing in these Participation Terms limits any rights that participants are entitled to under applicable law.
