Coaching
Calm, human conversations for people who want to slow down, see more clearly and reconnect with themselves.
1:1 coaching online or in person, where the body, attention, lifestyle and everyday experience all have a place.
Less noise. Less forcing. More attention.

What is it about?
Most people try very hard to function well: to perform, adapt, meet expectations, improve and somehow hold their lives together.
For me, coaching is not about adding even more systems, methods or expectations to that.
It is more a calm space where you can look at the way you live more slowly, more honestly and with less internal pressure.
The aim is not to receive a ready-made answer from the outside, but to reconnect with your own rhythm, needs and inner direction.
Self-understanding here is not another task. It is the slow noticing of how you actually are and what you need.
How I work
The conversations are based on attention, curiosity, acceptance and trust.
I do not believe people need to be fixed, convinced or pushed into a direction decided in advance.
But I do believe that when someone is no longer under constant pressure, they often begin to feel much more clearly what they actually need.
Our work together may touch on movement, breathing, lifestyle, long-term overload or feeling close to burnout.
If you are also curious how this approach developed in me, you can read more on the About page.
About →The role of the body
Coaching does not only happen in the head.
The body often signals that something is too much, too fast or not really ours before we can put it into words.
Movement, breathing, rest, load and everyday rhythm can therefore naturally become part of the work.
Not so you have another set of rules to follow, but so you can relearn how to pay attention to how you actually are.

Who can it be good for?
Coaching can be especially useful for people who spend a lot of time in their heads, carry a lot of responsibility and find it hard to truly slow down.
It may also be helpful if you feel that your life has become too noisy, tense or tightly controlled.
It can be a good fit if you do not need more motivation or discipline, but more space, clarity and an honest connection with yourself.
It is not for people who are mainly looking for performance improvement, business success or a strict method to follow.
How does it work?
Coaching is offered 1:1, mainly online. After the first contact, we briefly talk through where you are right now and whether this kind of work fits you.
In-person sessions may also be possible if we are in the same place.
The work usually lasts a few months, with conversations every 1-2 weeks.
The goal is not for you to become dependent on coaching. Quite the opposite: it is a good sign when your own inner orientation becomes naturally stronger over time.
This is not therapy, and it does not replace psychological or medical support.
Less forcing
I do not believe people are built for constant effort.
Often, we do not need another method.
We need less noise, more attention and a space where we can begin to hear ourselves again.
